A Special Election is any election that is not regularly scheduled. A special election may be held for any purpose authorized or required by law; often to fill a vacancy or for a public measure.

****Please note, due to staffing and security needs, the ballot drop box is no longer in use.  Voted ballots can be returned by mail or in person to 620 Douglas St, Rm 103****

Voters from State Senate District 1 (Precincts 1-22) will have the right to vote in the 2025 State Senate District 1 Special Election.

Requested absentee ballots must be delivered to be received at the Auditor's Office, 620 Douglas, Rm 103 by 8:00pm August 26, 2025 on Election Day.

August 26, 2025 - ELECTION DAY 7:00 am to 8:00 pm - Eligible electors from precincts 1-22 must vote at their designated polling location!
